Davichi Computer Services is a rapidly expanding and dynamic IT Firm specialising in Network Engineering, Outsourced IT Support and Managed Security Services. Based on Brisbane’s Southside, we have a wide range of Corporate and SME clients throughout Australia. 

Due to rapid internal growth, Davichi Computer Services is looking for an Onsite Support Engineer. Traversing Southeast Queensland in our company fleet, you will be Davichi’s onsite representative to our customers.  

To become part of our highly motivated and driven team, successful candidates will need to have experience or demonstrated capability to achieve the following: 

Key responsibilities  

  • Liaise with project and support desk engineers within Davichi to resolve ICT issues 
  • Servicing multiple clients with diverse IT infrastructure – including servers, networks, wide area networks, cloud integration and Microsoft 365, desktops and laptops, hardware & software 
  • Planning, deploying and maintaining systems 
  • Onsite troubleshooting & support 
  • Problem identification, investigation and resolution for clients 
  • Research and development of your personal ICT skills 
  • Creating and maintaining procedures and systems documentation 
  • Monthly rotation on call after hours roster 
  • Meeting key performing indicators 
  • Permanent Australian resident 
  • Maintain an active open Queensland Driver’s license 

 

Ideal Qualifications and Experience 

  • 3 years of commercial experience in MSP or user-oriented support 
  • Relevant tertiary education in Information Technology 
  • ConnectWise Suite qualifications or experience 
  • Microsoft Certified Associate, Expert or MCSE 
  • CompTIA Certification 
  • Immediate Start Preferred 


Familiarity with the following;
 

  • Microsoft Office 365 Admin, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams 
  • Microsoft Exchange and SQL Servers 
  • Firewall methodologies 
  • Networking equipment (Switches, Access Points, Routers) 
  • NBN technology 
  • Network cabling types and methodologies
